    My parents spent so much money on dental work for me in high school.

    And I was so irresponsible after - never flossing, never wearing my retainer, etc.

    Now, I can barely fit my retainers in, my teeth have moved on the bottom row (and I’ve come to realize the top - though I can’t see it - have shifted as well since the top doesn’t even fit). 

    I feel like I totally let them down with how neglectful I was, and now I’m paying for it with cavities, horrible gums, and my teeth getting worse and worse.
